  I had a very good experience with this branch of UMPQUA bank. Everyone was nice an helpful. I came from Canada and other banks were not appreciating my Canadian financial credit. Before knowing this bank I had tried all other well known banks, but none of them helped me. The Mortgage counselor at this branch was a very nice positive person and he helped me to get a loan to buy a house very fast. He was very dedicated to his job and he was in contact with me all the time. Other banks had been offering less money to me which was not enough to buy the house that I was looking for, but this bank approved me for more money that I needed to buy my desired house. I recommend this branch to everyone to try it out. You should not waste your time to apply for a loan at other banks.
